Please email us at the email address above, or send us your product literature and wholesale price list to our postal address. If you wish, you can send a free sample of your product for evaluation to the postal address shown. If we are interested in your product or offer, we will contact you.
ORDERING
To place an online order, click on the Order button on a product page. Your order is kept in a shopping basket. When you are done ordering, you click the Order button and proceed to the order form. You can order using Yahoo Store's secure order form. You can also place a telephone order by calling 800-704-5913. Orders that are in stock are filled and shipped within 24 hours if there are no order problems.
PRIVACY We do not sell or rent information about our customers. We share email addresses only with Fedex so that you may receive an email from them providing you with the tracking number and shipment detail for your order. Fedex does not use the email addresses for purposes other than providing shipment information. We do not make sales telephone calls.
PAYMENTS
For quickest delivery, order on our secure order form using Visa,Mastercard,American Express, or Discover. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card number over the Internet, call us at 800-704-5913 to place a phone order.
We accept checks but do NOT fill the orders until the check clears--this slows down delivery of your order. Make check out to:

RETURNS
All order problems must be reported (missing orders, missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be reported to the company within 60 days of the date of sale, or no credits will be given by the company. All undamaged items may be returned within 60 days of purchase. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. To return something, mail it back to the PO box on the web site. You must properly pack the order using proper cushioning material. You must also insure the shipment and use delivery confirmation.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. with Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd Day Air, or Fedex Next Day Air services.

1. Standard Shipping Information- (3-5 weekdays or 5-7 weekdays, not guaranteed)
Order Online and Save Money On SHIPPING! Cost =$6.95 for 5-7 weekday shipping and $8.95 for 3-5 day shipping(ONLINE orders only...) For orders over $100.00, cost is $9.95. Standard shipping is NOT guaranteed. We can't refund shipping for late STANDARD deliveries. If you need the package delivered within a specific timeframe, choose a Fedex AIR option. Fedex does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
2. AIR OPTIONS
A. Fedex 2-Day Air $15.95 per order ($2.00 more for a delivery signature) Delivers 2nd WEEKDAY AFTER day shipped (no Sat-Sun). E.g., if it ships Thursday, will arrive by end of day Monday.
B. Fedex Next Day Air $25.95 per order ($2.00 more for a delivery signature) Delivers NEXT WEEKDAY AFTER day shipped (no Sat-Sun). E.g., if it ships Thursday, will arrive by end of day Friday. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
Fedex AIR REFUNDS
Fedex does not refund late air deliveries in the following conditions: WEATHER delays, or if Fedex needs a SIGNATURE & no one is present to sign for it.
Attention NYS customers shipping to NYS: If you are a New York State resident, you will briefly see two entries on your credit card account. The first is an authorization only (NOT a charge) for the amount of the order only, with no sales tax. The second is the actual charge once sales tax has been calculated for your area. It does NOT mean you have been charged twice. The first is an authorization only and disappears within approx. 48 hrs from your account.
